Serious Fishing
The Sea of Cortez is one of the most fertile oceans in the world.
Unfortunately, excessive commercial fishing pressure is depleting it. The Government of
Mexico is taking steps to preserve the resource. Sportfishing is very popular with some
amazing catches. This group returned to port with 2 sharks, 187 lbs and 208 lbs as well as
several Red Snapper.
