On the way to Sandy Beach is quad and ATV rental central – you can find everything from 4-wheelers to Vespas to zip around on while in Rocky Point. Just turn toward Sandy Beach from Calle 13 and drive. The first one you will see is Luis’s – run by a Vietnam Veteran turned Expat, he’s got the best prices and selection. He also requires every renter to ride away with a helmet, which can prove to be vital in case of an accident!

Quads and Curios

There is plenty of open desert for you to ride around on, and lots of dunes that are fun for kids of all ages to go up nd down – just remember to use common courtesy with the other riders, and ALWAYS wear a helmet! ATV’s and quads aren’t really allowed on the main drag, Benito Juarez anymore, so remember that as well. Just be safe and have fun!
