Pink Cadillac is on many weekenders to do list, and is definately a Rocky Point staple in the nightlife, club and bar scene. Since its grand opening in the early 90′s, Pink Cadillac has been the spot to go because of its diversity and definately its location.

Pink Cadillac has something for the whole family, but when you say Pink Cadillac, one thing pops in the minds of many Rocky Point veterans: the club. Pink Cadillac’s nightclub has been the spring break haven for years, providing clubbers with the latest in hip hop, pop, and heart thumping club tunes. With their array of liquors, beers, and shots, one can have all the libations under the sun for a very small price, making it the perfect place for weekenders (or spring breakers) on a budget. The Pink Cadillac has a great lighting and sound system along with and indoor/outdoor concept that no one else in Rocky Point has been able to perfect quite like they have. The club opens around 9pm and the fun doesn’t stop until the lights come on at 3am!

Pink Cadillac the restuarant is the only 50s style diner in Rocky Point, and for that reason alone, many weekend long residents of the Mirador flock there for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They have a full American style breakfast including biscuits and sausage gravy, hash browns, and eggs everyway imaginable. They also serve up a killer patty melt on real rye bread with real American cheese. It’s big enough for two people! For dinner, they have everything from herbed baked chicken to T-Bone steak. Mashed potatoes and green beans are popular side dishes, and the desserts are to die for. Think sock hop: malts and milkshakes and pies, oh my! Friday they do an all you can eat fish fry, as well.

You can’t talk about Pink Cadillac and not mention its cool pool. They call it that because its situated so that even on the scorching hot August days, its in the shade for most of the time. The pool bar is well stocked, and they also serve bites to eat off of a special pool bar menu.

All in all, Pink Cadillac is a vacationer’s dream – they have everything but room service and continental breakfast, otherwise, they’d be the most hopping hotel in the Mirador!

Club – Friday and Saturday 9pm-3am
Restuarant – Friday-Sunday from about 7am-8pm
Pool Bar – From April to October, Fridays-Sundays
