Las Gaviotas/Penasco Beach Club is a great group of
condominiums on the
beach at Sandy Beach next door to Plaza Las Glorias. The condos all surround
a central pool so are on different levels but all with beautiful ocean view.
There are some that are one level up from beach front- #412 and the #416.
The #423 condo is pool level and the #425 condo is parking level overlooking
the pool. The #412 condo has 1 king and two twin beds as well as a propane
BBQ. #416 has a king and full bed as well as a futon and a charcoal BBQ.
#423 has 1 king and 2 twins as well as a charcoal BBQ. #425 has 1 king and 2
double beds as well as a propane BBQ.
All Condos
(2 bedroom, 2 bathroom) sleeps 4- 6
Each condo is two bedrooms with two bathrooms. Gorgeous views of the Sea of
Cortez and the swimming pool shared with the complex of condos. Decorated
differently and may have different size beds, different barbecues. All have
covered decks to sit out on and enjoy the view. Walk up a level or down n a
level depending which condo you have. You can just walk across the pool
courtyard and down to the beach. Elegantly decorated throughout with hot and
cold running water. Fully equipped kitchen includes microwave, blender,
coffee maker, dishwasher and all normal appliances, dishes, etc. Ceiling
fans in each room. Living room has a cable television and sometimes stereo
cassette player.
*There is no smoking and no pets in #412.
